USA Background Search will be adding a couple of
new products/services by the first part of January.
The first new product is the National Theft
Database, which records shoplifting and
employee theft incidents from nearly 1,000 member
companies. Checking your applicants against this
National Theft Database will help protect you from
hiring known thieves. Most employee theft incidents
are never prosecuted, meaning that the information
in this database is not available anywhere else.
Results are Immediate if no record is found. If a "Hit"
on a record is found, results are returned in 24-48
hrs.
The second new product is the
Address To Criminal records search.
USA Background Search orders a credit header and
the addresses reported are cross-referenced against
the county directory. From there, the requisite
county criminal records are ordered and a summary
report is supplied. Once this process has been
fulfilled, the client receives any resulting criminal
record from each order placed. This product goes
back 7 years in criminal records and provides an
unlimited number of county searches per candidate.
Address To Criminal helps you search for criminal
history in the right locations and protect you against
applicant fraud. Results are typically returned within
48-72 hours.

USA Background Search is pleased to inform you that
we now have a 'Candidate Note' field for your
convenience. This is found on the 'Start A Search'
page once you login. You can use this space to help
organize the orders you send through USA
Background Search's website. Your notes will appear
on your monthly statment.
One example of this would be if you have several
offices for your business account and would like to
remind yourself which candidates were screened for
each office, you would just enter the office name or
number in the 'Candidate Note' field when
placing the order.
