A lot of people and businesses have heard the buzz about going "green" lately, but to a lot of us it seems much too costly and time-consuming. This is true to a certain extent, but there are many changes businesses can make to be more environmentally sensitive. The best part about it is that some of these changes can be made at absolutely no cost!

I have put together a list of 10 things your business can do to become more environmentally-friendly:

Replace old desktop PCs with laptops. Laptops use less electricity and produce less heat.
Turn off equipment at night. Computers, coffee pots, copy machines, and other office equipment uses unneeded electricity overnight and costs your business money. Unplugging them is even better. Many pieces of equipment have a "standby" mode and continue to draw electricity even when powered down.
